Why should I attend the Philadelphia Gift Expo?

For over 25 years, the Philadelphia Gift Show, has been the shopping destination of choice for the region’s retailers to find the latest products and hottest trends. It’s THE place to get a first-hand look at best-selling products and up-and-coming designs in everything from giftware, decorative accessories, tabletop, apparel, fashion jewelry, and fashion accessories, to toys and games, designer/artisan items and more.

How can I rent a scooter/wheelchair?

There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for use at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Contact Sue Palmer to inquire about availability and to reserve.

Will food be available during the show?

Yes, concessions are available on-site.

How can I receive a directory?

Printed show directories are provided to registered buyers on-site at the event. View our current digital Show Directory.

How do I register?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open exclusively to the trade. Admission is free for qualified retailers. 

What is the registration deadline?

We encourage you to pre-register early to receive updates and important news about the show. Pre-registration also helps reduce your wait time on-site. Let us know you are Interested in Attending to stay informed about current and future event updates.

What are the on-site buyer registration & badge pick-up hours?

Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Exhibitors)
Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What are the qualifications to attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your express badge to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

What is the cost to attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

Do you mail the badges?

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your express badge via email. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily! 

How do I make a change to my reservation?

Changes to your reservation can be made through the link provided in your email confirmation.

Is there cash-and-carry?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is primarily a wholesale event where exhibitors showcase products for order fulfillment. However, our Vintage Market-Immediate Goods pavilion will feature cash-and-carry vendors. Additionally, other exhibitors may choose to offer cash-and-carry items, though this is not guaranteed and typically occurs toward the end of the event, with more offerings on the last day of the show.
