Why should I attend the Philadelphia Gift Expo?

For over 25 years, the Philadelphia Gift Show, has been the shopping destination of choice for the region’s retailers to find the latest products and hottest trends. How can I rent a scooter/wheelchair?

There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for use at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Contact Sue Palmer to inquire about availability and to reserve.

Will food be available during the show?

Yes, concessions are available on-site.

How can I receive a directory?

Printed show directories are provided to registered buyers on-site at the event. View our current digital Show Directory.

How do I register?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open exclusively to the trade. Admission is free for qualified retailers. Register Now!

What is the registration deadline?

We encourage you to pre-register early to receive updates and important news about the show. Pre-registration also helps reduce your wait time on-site. Register today or let us know you are Interested in Attending to stay informed about current and future event updates.

What are the on-site buyer registration & badge pick-up hours?

Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Exhibitors)
Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What are the qualifications to attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your express badge to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

What is the cost to attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

Do you mail the badges?

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your express badge via email. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily! 

How do I make a change to my reservation?

Changes to your reservation can be made through the link provided in your email confirmation.

How can I book my hotel?

Our official housing partner, Connections, works to negotiate travel discounts and reduced-rate hotel rooms near the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center to make your trip affordable. Take advantage of discounted rates available at many properties convenient to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Philadelphia Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the Philadelphia Gift Show or Clarion Events. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!

Is there parking at the event & how much is it?

Yes, there is FREE parking at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center

How can I exhibit at the Philadelphia Gift Show?

What is included in my booth package?

8’ side and back drapes, one undraped table, one chair, one wastebasket, booth ID sign, free on-site freight handling, show directory listing and marketing materials to promote your booth.

What opportunities are available for promoting my company?

Our goal is to find the best ways to put you in touch with your audience and to help grow your business. We’ve developed several sponsorship and promotional opportunities that will enhance your presence at the show. Click here to learn more.

How do I register my booth personnel?

Exhibitor registration is completed in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) by the primary contact for your company. Badges are not automatically assigned, so all staff planning to attend—including the primary contact, if applicable—must be added to the badge list.

Is insurance required?

Exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance for the duration of the exhibition. Completed certificates must be uploaded to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC); certificates will NOT be accepted via email or mail. View Sample Certificate.

If you do not have insurance or need to purchase compliant coverage, we’ve partnered with RainProtection Insurance to provide an easy, instant online purchase option.

What are the shipping options and deadlines?

Shipping options and deadlines can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). Be sure to review the shipping instructions and deadlines to ensure your materials arrive on time. For detailed information, including advance warehouse and direct-to-show site options, visit your ERC.

May I move-in my own booth materials?

Hand Carry Policy:
Exhibitors may hand carry merchandise from their vehicle, but:

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated parking lots; curbside parking is not allowed.
  • Hand carts and dollies are not permitted.

Cartload Service:
For small items that fit on a 3'x4' push cart in one trip, Cartload Service is available. Please note:

  • Materials must arrive in a privately owned vehicle (POV), such as a car, SUV, pickup truck, or passenger van.
  • A cartload is limited to 8 pieces or less, with a total weight under 150 lbs. Only one cartload is allowed per vehicle.
  • Deliveries requiring more than one trip or exceeding 150 lbs will incur regular material handling rates.

Cartload services are not included in the complimentary freight allowance.

When are the move-in/move-out times for exhibitors and the opening times of the exhibit hall?

Packing Materials: Packing materials, boxes, and cartons may not be brought into the exhibit hall until after the close of the show at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

Carrier Check-In: All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. To ensure timely removal, all carriers must check in by 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

What are the booth guidelines? 

The booth guidelines for the Philadelphia Gift Show will be enforced. Please review the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) to ensure your booth complies with the appropriate parameters.

Where can I order booth furnishings?

Who do I contact for Internet/WiFi and Electrical?

Free basic WiFi will be available in the hall. For faster internet speeds, exhibitors may purchase upgraded services.
Electrical service is not included with your booth and must be ordered separately. 

Both internet and electrical orders should be placed through the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center’s online ordering system. For additional information, please visit your Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
