Philadelphia Gift Show Wraps Up a Successful 2025 Edition, Welcoming New Buyers, Exciting Exhibitors, and Engaging Experiences
Oaks, PA – February 2025 – The Philadelphia Gift Show wrapped up another exciting edition at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, bringing together a diverse mix of exhibitors, new buyers, and engaging industry experiences. With strong attendance and 27% of buyers attending for the first time, the event proved to be a key destination for retailers looking to discover new products, exclusive networking opportunities, and interactive show features.
Show Highlights
This year, the show welcomed 64 first-time exhibitors, introducing fresh brands and exciting product lines such as Wonderfouta, Sister Bees, and Wild Kiwi. Other notable returning exhibitors included Center Court, FOOZYS, and Inis the Energy of the Sea, each showcasing unique and in-demand merchandise.
"The Philadelphia Gift Show is an important part of our new customer acquisition strategy. Every year, we increase our investment in this event, and every year, our return on investment grows. The show staff are responsive, the attendance is consistently strong, and the logistics of loading in and out are as easy as it gets," said Scott Goodrich, President of Wyx Brands.
Buyers were particularly drawn to curated specialty areas, including Artisan Alley, which featured 24 exhibitors specializing in handmade and American-made products, including Made in America sponsors Maple Landmark Woodcraft and Cimarron Creek Essentials. The Vintage Market also attracted strong interest, where exhibitors offered immediate "Cash & Carry" goods, giving buyers the opportunity to take products home on the spot. Additionally, 25+ gourmet vendors showcased specialty food selections, offering samples that generated excitement among retailers eager to expand their gourmet product lines.
"One of the best gift shows! Good variety of vendors, easy parking, great size—not too big—easy to navigate from room to room. Friendly, helpful staff and vendors," said Aubrina Schryer, Owner of Fabulous Finds Boutique.
The MATCH! program once again proved to be a standout success, facilitating 25+ high-level, curated meetings between top brands and leading retail buyers. The program’s concierge service delivered top-notch connections, including a last-minute on-site match for exhibitor AdventureKEEN, which resulted in an unexpected order placement from a VIP buyer—highlighting the program’s continued value in fostering meaningful business connections.
Engagement, Giveaways & Special Features
Beyond the show floor, attendees enjoyed sponsored networking and hospitality events, including Coffee & Hot Chocolate Socials (sponsored by UpperDeckLTD and C & C Studios) and Popcorn Socials (sponsored by Wild Republic).
Daily prize drawings added excitement, with 30 prize baskets featuring top brands like Piedmont Pennies, ResQ Jewelry, The Spicy Shark, and Cloud Nine Sheepskin awarded to lucky winners. Buyers who shopped on the final day were treated to "Last Day Lunch On Us" and a special $250 gift card raffle, won by Allen Kershner of Yonderstar Christmas Shop.
The show also recognized outstanding exhibitor contributions with its booth awards:
- Best Booth: Hicel CNC, a custom CNC shop specializing in signage, tables, bars, and more.
